BROKER PRICE OPINION:

Another service we offer our clients is BPO services limited to the counties of Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, Nassau, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange.  As Broker Members of the Westchester/Putnam and Mid Hudson Valley MLS, we are equipped to provide you the most enhanced BPO response available in the industry.  In order to keep our pricing competitive, we only accept BPO orders in bulk or by contract agreement.   Turnaroundtime for BPO is from same day service to 48 hours from time and date of the receipt of your order.

PROPERTY PRESERVATION:

As former and current property managers for the Veterans Administration, Federal Housing Administration, private investors, and self owner/managed properties, Statewide Appraisals of NY and CT is prepared to offer you and assist you with safeguarding your real property assets destined for REO and Liquidation sales.  We have a staff of carpenters, electricians, plumbers, inspectors, refuse collectors, landscapers  and security personnel not only trained to seal up and secure your property but able to perform security checks of every property under our control, until sold.  You will find our Property Preservation service efficient and economical and second to none in the industry.
